Selection process

1. Screening interview
2. Technical interview
3. Client interview (technical and cultural fit)

Requirements

Senior RoR engineer with more than five years of total backend development experience & excellent understanding of backend development concepts, architectural issues & HTTP protocols.

Excellent knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL ideally).

Good knowledge of cloud technologies (ideally AWS) is a plus.

Emphasis on communication skills and English.
